A Word about the “rope-less” Jump Rope Workout

Whenever I talk to people about how I stay in shape I hear, “Well, you can jump rope because you’re coordinated and fit. But there’s no way I can keep the rope going long enough to get a good workout!”
To that I say “rubbish!”
Fitness gurus understand that not all people can keep a rope going, nor can they enjoy high-impact jumping — which by the way helps build strong bones! So some smart cookies invented the rope-less jump rope.
There are many styles to from which to choose. The most basic is just two handles, with a piece of rope about a foot long coming from each handle. At the end of the rope, is a small weight which mimics the feel of a swinging rope. Since there are two pieces of rope your feet can never get tangled. You can follow through every motion of a jump rope workout, and you will never miss a beat! It’s fabulous!
The more “high-tech” ropeless jump ropes, contain handles with computers in them to register the number of spins of the rope, the calories burned, the time spent jumping and even your heart rate. Additionally, they have the capability to add weights to increase the intensity of the workout. With no rope under your feet to worry about, there is never a chance of getting tangled. You can also employ a low-impact routine where you don’t even have to have both feet off the ground at once.
Best of all, the ropeless jump ropes allow you to perform a jump rope routine literally anywhere — there is no ceiling too low for this workout!
This new technology is perfect for people just starting out or people who are already fit and want to keep track of their true stats without counting!
Uh-oh! There is now absolutely no excuse for not adding in this very cool component to help lose weight, get fit, burn belly fat, and get buttocks of steel!
Happy Hopping!
